Objectives

The project aims to empower young people to develop key skills, build resilience, and foster a sense of active citizenship. By engaging participants in non-formal learning activities, the project seeks to address current challenges faced by youth, such as adapting to crises, promoting sustainability, and improving intercultural understanding. The ultimate goal is to create a generation of young leaders who can contribute to their communities and inspire positive change. The project aims to help young people grow by building their skills, resilience, and ability to handle challenges. It will provide them with tools to manage stress, adapt to change, and face difficult situations confidently. By focusing on hands-on, practical activities, participants will develop important skills like teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and leadership in ways that are fun and meaningful. One key goal is to promote understanding and respect among young people from different cultures. The project will encourage participants to explore cultural diversity, break down stereotypes, and build strong relationships. At the same time, it will inspire them to take an active role in their communities by organizing events, campaigns, or initiatives that address important local and global issues. The project is designed to include young people from all backgrounds, especially those who face barriers such as social or economic challenges. By creating a welcoming and supportive environment, it ensures that everyone has an equal chance to participate and learn. Participants will also gain a better understanding of sustainability and learn how to make eco-friendly choices in their daily lives and communities. Another goal is to encourage peer learning by giving participants the chance to share their experiences and learn from one another. This builds a strong network of young people who can collaborate and support each other beyond the project. Non-formal learning methods, like creative workshops and interactive sessions, will make the experience engaging and help participants apply what they’ve learned in real-life situations. Finally, the project aims to have a lasting impact. Participants will be encouraged to use the skills and knowledge they gain to benefit their communities long after the project ends. It also seeks to strengthen partnerships between organizations to improve youth work practices and create opportunities for future collaborations.
