By implementing this project, we aim to empower youth workers with the skills, knowledge, and tools needed to promote inclusion, tackle discrimination, and foster gender equality in their daily work with young people. Our goal is to create a ripple effect, where the competences gained by participants benefit not only their organizations but also the communities they serve. From the perspective of youth work practice, our specific objectives are: 1. To equip youth workers with practical tools and methods to address challenges like racism, exclusion, and inequality. For example, participants will learn non-formal education methods such as storytelling, simulation games, and role-playing that they can apply in workshops and activities. 2. To enhance the quality of youth work practices by introducing innovative and inclusive approaches. Participants will develop skills to create safe spaces for marginalized young people, mediate conflicts, and promote intercultural understanding. 3. To support youth workers in engaging participants with fewer opportunities, such as migrants, rural youth, or those facing economic challenges. By learning how to include these groups effectively, youth workers will ensure their projects are more accessible and impactful. 4. To build a strong network of youth workers and organizations across Europe, promoting the exchange of good practices and fostering long-term partnerships for future projects. 5. To increase awareness of Erasmus Plus opportunities among young people by equipping youth workers with strategies to promote mobility programs in their communities. 6. To contribute to the professional development of youth workers by helping them reflect on their own practices and develop personal plans for applying what they learn in their daily work. Through this project, we aim to strengthen youth work practices at the local, regional, and European levels, ultimately creating more inclusive and supportive environments for young people across Europe.
