The main objective of the project “Get over” was to promote youth participation in Bauska municipality by increasing young people’s motivation to engage in civic activities, decision-making processes, and youth organizations, while strengthening their social and civic competences. To achieve this goal, several specific sub-objectives were defined: to improve cooperation and trust between young people and decision-makers, to build informal relationships between both groups, to inform and educate young people about participation opportunities, and to enhance their motivation, leadership skills, and involvement at local and international levels. Overall, the project aimed to foster active civic participation and strengthen young people’s ability to influence decisions that are important to them in their community.
