Objective:To develop participation skills of youth and acquisition of new competencies by engaging in process of developing Adaptation and Inclusion Program,as well as creating sense of well-being and positive environment. We set the following tasks: -Collaborate with technical school's administration and educators in development and approval process of Adaptation and Inclusion Program. -Establish support group for youth and cover topics such as Cohesion,Inclusion, Teamwork,Non-formal Learning Methods,etc.,in informal education sessions. -Prepare engaging tasks and learning materials for youth,such as infographics,escape rooms,Kahoot games,etc.,for conducting lessons. -Organize cohesion-building,environmental exploration,educational activities for first-year students,using skills and competencies acquired. -Present program to youth and administrative teams from other schools at Positive Experience Forum. Use acquired participation and other competencies to strengthen self-governance.
