The main goal of the project "Democracy Jump" is to promote youth of Jekabpils Municipality (age group 13-25 years old) engagement in democratic processes and foster dialogue between young people and decision-makers. Key Objectives: Educate young people about politics, democracy, and governance through creative and interactive methods, such as podcasts and discussions. Create activities where young people and politicians can discuss current topics in informal settings. Encourage young people to participate in society by expressing their opinions and influencing decision-making. Equip young people with critical thinking, communication, and digital skills that will benefit both their personal and professional growth. Strengthen connections between youth organizations, municipalities, and community representatives. The project will create an inclusive environment, enhance youth participation, and promote democratic values within communities, it is based in EU values.
