The goal of the project “Be bold. Learn by doing. Discover Europe”: to provide young people aged 18-21 with limited opportunities, who would not apply for the project on their own initiative, with the opportunity to practice travelling around Europe in real-life situations, acquire the necessary skills for travelling, communicating and problem-solving, an understanding of environmental sustainability, inclusion and diversity issues, gain experience in their chosen future profession at an international level, be able to recognise their learning outcomes in order to strengthen the self-confidence and autonomy that will be necessary for living and working in society. Project topic: environmental sustainability, diversity and inclusion Project implementation period: 01.07.2025 - 30.09.2026 With the implementation of the project, we want to: • broaden young people's horizons and knowledge about the cultural, natural, and historical diversity of European countries; • create an understanding of EU values, approaches to environmental protection, diversity and inclusion; • provide young people with the knowledge and practical skills that can be useful to them throughout their lives. Activities to achieve the goal: • organization of two mobilities for traveling through Spain and Slovenia, each involving four young people with limited opportunities and two support persons; • providing support to young people in developing itineraries and activities tailored to their interests and abilities; • preparing young people for their journey by providing them with the necessary skills and knowledge, and supporting them in overcoming social, economic and other barriers; • supporting young people in setting individual goals to be achieved during the project, be support for recognizing their learning outcomes and ability to share their achievements.
