Objectives

The project aims to enhance learners' culinary skills in preparing Italian pasta, pizza, and Mediterranean seafood dishes. It seeks to promote economical and social inclusion and promote the concept of life long learning. Academy CES will improve teaching methodologies, and foster international cooperation with host organizations in Italy and Portugal.

Background

CES Academy aims to enhance its teaching practices by introducing innovative methods and new training modules focused on Italian cuisine and seafood preparation. We also aim to improve the skills of young and unemployed learners from vulnerable groups through short-term mobility opportunities in Italy and Portugal. The project emphasizes specialized culinary training in Italian and Mediterranean cuisines, addressing the lack of authentic culinary knowledge and experience in our region.
