This project aims to equip VET learners from our youth club with practical skills in sustainable agriculture, green entrepreneurship, and digital tools. Through international mobility and hands-on training, participants will gain real-world experience, improve employability, and foster innovation in rural development. Additionally, the project will enhance international collaboration, promote climate action, and strengthen our organisation’s capacity in VET education.
Our association applied for this project to equip VET learners from our youth club with practical skills in sustainable agriculture, green entrepreneurship, and digital innovation. Rural youth face limited access to modern vocational training and international learning opportunities, affecting their employability. This project will provide hands-on experience, international exposure, and knowledge exchange, helping them adapt to the evolving job market and contribute to rural sustainability.
