Objectives

Developing preventive and responsive strategies and techniques for differentiated teaching and classroom management Empowering educators to create inclusive classrooms, foster socio-emotional development, build meaningful student relationships, and integrate Social-Emotional Learning into their teaching practices Enhancing educators’ capacity for differentiated instruction in inclusive classrooms Strengthening collaboration between teaching staff and families in inclusive education

Background

To implement proper inclusion, the teaching staff must educate and implement a cooperation process and joint work with colleagues from mainstream schools in Europe to exchange experiences and knowledge. The staff should attend inclusion training to learn how to make the transition of students with disabilities into the regular education system easier. They will then compare their skills, knowledge, and experiences implementing inclusive education.
