The project "Solidarity Action Day" aims to empower young people by providing opportunities for active citizenship, volunteering, and career development while promoting social responsibility and youth-led initiatives. Through a series of activities spanning from job shadowing positions to youth-led projects, the project seeks to unite young people with a common goal of creating positive change in their communities. The primary objective of the project is to inspire and mobilize young people to take proactive roles in addressing social challenges and contributing to the betterment of society. By participating in job shadowing positions, high school students gain valuable experience in their desired fields while simultaneously supporting a youth fund that finances youth-led projects. This dual-purpose approach not only benefits individual students in their career exploration but also contributes to the development of community-driven initiatives that address local needs.
