The project aims to enhance futures literacy and digital competencies among young professionals and students (ages 18–35) in North Macedonia, Slovenia, and Austria. By addressing skill gaps in digital literacy, communication, financial literacy, and leadership, the project prepares participants to navigate the complexities of their careers and personal lives, contributing to the digital transformation of higher education in Europe.
