Take it to the Streets is built on the belief that youths can lead the way to better communities, and challenge the status quo if and when the right opportunities are provided. It is about time that adults listen to what youths are saying and therefore the project will create a safe, inclusive platform where youth feel seen, heard, valued, and inspired to engage actively. The project embraces street art and street sports - as dynamic mediums for engagement. It aims to create meaningful connections ensuring their voices are heard by providing creative avenues that will facilitate dialogue, collaboration, and active participation, while helping participants develop essential skills that enhance resilience and empower them as active contributors to their communities rather than passive recipients.
