We aim to create a high quality digital hub with AI-tailored content, dedicated to the training of decision-makers, HR professionals and guidance staff to DEI practices in the workplace. Through this we want to improve self-confidence, active participation in society and the improvement of employability prospects and entrepreneurship opportunities of underrepresented groups. The project intends to cultivate conscious decision-maker professionals who can contribute to a more inclusive future.
