Objectives

Enhance SUSE trainers’ expertise in digital education through AI-powered tools, gamified learning, and inclusive teaching to improve employability. Implement employer-driven training models, integrating job-shadowing and competency-based certifications to align with labor market needs. Develop microcredentialing systems to validate skills, ensuring recognition of competencies and increasing job placement rates for adult learners.

Background

SUSE applied to enhance its capacity in digital education, employer-driven training, and microcredentialing to improve adult learners’ employability. Many, including migrants and low-skilled workers, face barriers due to limited digital skills and lack of recognition of competencies. Our staff needs upskilling in innovative pedagogies and industry collaborations. This Erasmus+ mobility will equip trainers with cutting-edge methodologies to modernize training and align it with workforce needs.
