The main goal of the project was to strengthen the project management skills of youth workers, as many of them lacked structured approaches when planning and implementing projects. Through this training course, we aimed to help youth workers learn how to plan, organize, and implement projects effectively, focusing on essential elements for success. Based on our partners’ and our own experience in Erasmus+ projects, we designed the training to address the common challenges youth workers faced and to provide them with practical tools to improve their work and the overall quality of youth projects. The project successfully aimed to equip participants with competencies that would help them design and manage well-structured projects, communicate effectively with partners and national agencies, manage risks and resources, and engage young people in meaningful project roles. In the long term, the training contributed to building stronger organizations, more competent youth workers, and sustainable cooperation among partners. Project Objectives: -Equipped youth workers with the skills to design clear and well-structured project plans. -Improved their communication with national agencies and project partners. -Provided practical tools for effective time, budget, and resource management. -Taught methods for identifying and managing risks during project implementation. -Enhanced youth workers’ ability to engage young people in meaningful project roles. -Developed evaluation techniques to measure project success and impact. -Strengthened digital skills through creating and managing project results. -Promoted the benefits of the Erasmus+ Programme, encouraging participation in European projects and highlighting their impact. -Offered guidance on supporting and motivating both participants and project teams. -Boosted entrepreneurial skills, giving youth workers the confidence to run their own NGOs or small businesses and apply project management skills to future career goals. The project contributed to the EU’s objectives of empowering young people through education and participation, increasing employability, promoting inclusion, and strengthening communities through well-organized youth initiatives.
