The project aimed to address essential entrepreneurial qualities such as leadership, self-empowerment, time management, risk assessment, and teamwork from the perspective of youth work practice. By focusing on these aspects, the project intended to strengthen the skills and mindset needed for entrepreneurship among youth workers, enabling them to better support young people interested in entrepreneurial paths. Another key objective was to provide youth workers with a deeper understanding of why many young individuals choose entrepreneurship and how youth work can play a supportive role in this process. The project also aimed to equip youth workers with practical knowledge to generate enterprise ideas inspired by real challenges in their local communities. Additionally, the project sought to guide participants in developing comprehensive plans for social enterprises, encourage innovative solutions to social problems, and empower young people to take ownership of their ideas, build self-confidence, and pursue their ambitions. Ultimately, the project aimed to contribute to the development of future entrepreneurs, job creation, and sustainable economic growth.
