MAIN GOAL The main goal is improve the overall quality of youth work in European summer camps by teaching and sharing practical and theoretical knowledge to volunteers and youth workers. Besides teaching the participants valuable skills and knowledge, they will also be given tools for long term improvements within their own organisation. SECONDARY GOAL The secondary goal is implementing, spreading and using the knowledge and methods learned in the last years. One important part of the training will be inviting key participants from former trainings and ask them to be co-trainer in the training in 2024. This way they can get experience training volunteers and be coached, so they can spread/teach the lessons learned within their own organisation and country. This secondary goal is very important for the long term impact. Getting young people from different countries involved and responsible for their own programs within volunteer organisations is an important key for long term impact and changes the way the organisations look at their own activities. The organisations can develop their own training modeled after this training programme to improve its own activities.
