As Youth NGOs we want to empower and facilitate youth workers to support post Erasmus+ participants and other active youths from local communities to work on implementation of the activities and projects for social and sustainable change they want to undertake. Because we see youth workers as Key figures in the implementation process we will create an Impact Toolkit for Youth workers, basic program and online communication strategy by which youth workers can join forces on international level.
