We see that certain groups that Italy works well with struggle most in terms of integration, completing education and procuring paid, permanent employment. We want to do the exact same thing in Oslo. We are aware that one project will not correct all of these issues, but we have the potential to influence departments. We also want nine of the twelve participants of this project to acquire new skills/competences and experience the benefits of Erasmus+ and european cooperation.
We applied for this project for five main reasons. 1. We wish to give our staff the opportunity to see how other countries work with similar challenges. 2. We wish for them to experience European working life 3. We want staff to develop their skills, knowledge and competences via job-shadowing in a european context. 4. We want to see if we can find solutions to Nordic challenges with migrants in Italy 5. We want to influence change through our findings.
