Renewed enthusiasm for our own field of work through observing vocational training practices in Münster. The context of our project is to give apprentices in the childcare and youth work field the opportunity to enhance their professional competence, gain an understanding of different occupational roles. Through job shadowing, gain insight into the use of welfare technology in home-based care services.
