For apprentices, it is a valuable experience to challenge themselves through exchange programs. Erasmus+ stays give them the opportunity to visit new places, often outside traditional tourist areas, and stay there for extended periods. This provides them with better opportunities to become familiar with both the language and culture. We also see that exchanges help to increase awareness of vocational training and highlight the opportunities this educational path offers.
PRO is applying for Erasmus+ funding to give our apprentices the opportunity to travel abroad and learn about vocational training, work life, and work culture in other countries. We believe this will enhance interest in vocational education and provide the apprentices with unique skills.
