Tourism management educational programs have been reduced all over Europe due to a gradually lower number of students. For example in Norway, the number of students has been halved since 2015. This is a growing concern in the travel and tourism industry, as the number of skilled workers available for the industry is declining, yet the industry is growing. The project will contribute to this by developing more flexible education targeting youths and adults already working.
