By conducting the OPPstartsamlinga, the internships, and the work with the knowledge bank, we aim to ensure that the foundation for the work of BUR/UKS has a broader basis in the youth group. They have identified which topics are important and which they wish to prioritize. The goal is for the upcoming members to become familiar with and comfortable with each other, so that they are able to quickly get started with the work in the councils. It is also a goal that they become familiar with how the other partner works, so that they can expand and improve their own working methods through this. Through planning and implementing the project, the youth have acquired and trained skills that make them better equipped for work in the councils, in school, study, and working life.
