Through this project, we aim to provide young people with fewer opportunities a unique chance to develop personally, socially, and practically. The objectives of the project are to strengthen the participants’ confidence, independence, and ability to navigate unfamiliar situations. We want to broaden their horizons by offering international experiences that foster cultural understanding and language development. From a youth work perspective, the project focuses on creating a safe framework where participants can learn through experience and interaction. We aim to equip them with tools for planning, collaboration, and problem-solving, while also building a sense of community where they feel belonging and support. In the long term, we hope the project will reduce social exclusion and empower participants to seize new opportunities in their lives.
