The project aims to promote inclusion, healthy masculinity, and gender equality among boys (13-15) in sports teams by equipping them and their coaches with tools to challenge harmful norms. Through transnational collaboration between Reform (Norway) and Locker Room Talk (Sweden), the project will strengthen existing initiatives, develop sustainable training models, and foster long-term positive cultural change in youth sports.
