Our long-term goal is to make our organization more internationally recognized. The goal of this project was to increase the competence of SFWP adult education staff in communicating in English in an international environment and in contacts with our students/refugees from Ukraine. The next step, aimed at achieving the long-term goal, will be organizing international mobility for adult learners as part of the KA210 project submitted this year (as a partner).
The Silesian Entrepreneurship Development Foundation (SFWP) in Gliwice is a non-governmental organization established on September 9, 1994. Adult education, social inclusion, and entrepreneurship are the main areas of our organization's work. SFWP organizes training courses and workshops for adults (employed, unemployed, seniors, and from 2022 - also for refugees from Ukraine) as well as seminars and conferences on issues related to adult education, human resources, and social inclusion.
