To increase the participants' competencies for ecology, sustainable development, and intergenerational cohesion in an environmental and European dimension 3. The OTN's improved competence for international cooperation to enhance seniors' activity, social inclusion, active citizenship, and well-being.
Due to the increased audience of its educational activities with TG, OTN wants to create a new educational offer through mobility for seniors. It is because people from TG are subject to multiple exclusions (age, digital, peripheral location, professional and social life in the pre-ICT era), and there is a need to ensure the inclusiveness of this group in a European dimension, taking into account EU policies. Mobility will initiate the building of TG and OTN capital in the European mainstream.
