The project aims to enhance the competencies of CKiP staff in modern adult education methods and intergenerational dialogue. Additionally, we want to improve employees' skills in effectively working with adult learners to better meet their needs. We will also increase intercultural and intergenerational competencies among adult learners with fewer opportunities, supporting their social integration. Achieving these goals will strengthen CKiP and improve integration in our community.
We are applying for project funding because we see the need for staff development in intergenerational dialogue, integration, and inclusion of various social groups. Our learners show interest in initiatives that will foster closer relationships between generations and strengthen social bonds. The project aims to enhance adult education staff competencies, which is crucial in the context of challenges such as digital and cultural exclusion and changing social needs in the community.
