We aim to enhance the key competencies of KGW members by strengthening their self-awareness, confidence, and motivation for growth. We plan to improve our offer, tailoring it to the needs of new rural beneficiaries. The project will develop the organizational skills of emerging activists, improve the quality of activities, facilitate further non-formal education, and strengthen cooperation with Koluszki’s KGWs and social organizations, boosting our prestige in the local community.
For five years, we have been conducting educational activities in Koluszki and nearby villages, recognizing their great importance to the local community. Through the Adult Education project, we have supported the development of local KGWs and contributed to positive social change. A better understanding of the needs of adult learners in rural areas drives us to continue our efforts—enhancing their key competencies and expanding our educational offer, especially for residents of remote villages.
