To address the identified challenges, we aim to: - Strengthen the civic dimension of our educational programs, raising social awareness among food cooperatives members; - Equip our staff with tools for effective collaboration and conflict resolution to enhance the sustainability of food cooperatives; - Provide our staff with tools to prevent burnout, fostering a positive organizational culture and resilience within food cooperative.
The Kooperatywa Spożywcza “Dobrze” Association is a key institution supporting the creation and development of food cooperatives in Poland through education. These initiatives have great potential as spaces for civic engagement, but challenges such as low social awareness, limited collaboration skills, and burnout hinder their impact. Through this project, we aim to strengthen competencies to address these challenges and enhance the social potential of cooperatives.
