Through this project, we aim to: -develop staff competencies, enhancing language, digital, ecological, and training skills; -create new educational programs, including online courses and workshops inspired by mobilities; -promote inclusion and sustainability, implementing best practices gained from training; -strengthen international cooperation, building partnerships within the Erasmus+ network; -increase impact on learners, offering valuable and practical educational opportunities.
We are applying for funding for this project to enrich our educational offer for adult learners and address key organizational needs. The project supports the development of our staff's language, digital, ecological, and training competencies. Participation in mobilities will provide us with knowledge to create online courses, workshops, and eco-friendly initiatives. With the support of Erasmus+, we will strengthen international cooperation and enhance the quality of adult education.
