We want to enhance the independence and social skills of adult WTZ participants through participation in practical workshops abroad. Our goal is also to strengthen the professional competencies of our staff through job-shadowing and observation of innovative methods for working with people with disabilities. Additionally, we aim to expand the organization's capacity in inclusive education by implementing best practices gained during mobilities and aligning our activities with European standards.
Our organization is applying for funding to improve the quality of support for adults with disabilities and develop the competencies of our staff. We aim to acquire new methods of inclusive education and occupational therapy that will enhance the independence of participants.
