Through implementation, we want to increase the knowledge and competencies of our team members, among others: 80%, create new and high-quality educational offers and adapt the current ones, based on the inspirations obtained abroad, we want to implement new ideas and strategic solutions that allow us to develop the NGO. We are aware that under other funding it will be difficult for us to obtain such funds for the development of our adult education paths.
Our goal is to improve staff through cross-border activities enabling the exchange of experiences and practices in areas key to the development of NGOs and adults themselves. The project assumptions are based on the needs of the staff and adapted to the possibility of their implementation in the future. Financing this project gives us the opportunity to improve strategically important competences that will allow us to develop the quality of our current programs and expand our offer.
