Implementation of the project will allow: - Increase in the no. of new training courses offered to employees, partners and clients of the VLO; - Increasing employees' knowledge and skills in terms of training themes; - Making the content of currently offered training more attractive; - Improving the language skills of employees; - Strengthening the Office's position in the field of non-formal education; - Establishing cooperation with new partners dealing with adults education.
The VLO in Katowice deals with, i.a. career guidance, organization of training for Labour Offices employees and those from the education sector, students and clients of the VLO. In Silesian register approx. 62.6 thousand remains registered as unemployed, including many people with low ICT skills. In order to meet the expectations of the VLO's clients who want to obtain free help and participate in free and attractive training on key skills, it is necessary to deepen the qualifications of the VLO
