The project aims to develop competences of adult learners, trainers, volunteers and staff in relation to: The development of competences in Training and Facilitation, so we can improve the work developed so far; Basic and further English Language Development and confidence to be involved in European projects and create european partnerships; Leadership / coaching development and management. Development of Intercultural Learning and better support of Active Aging
We want to: Support the org.&local community needs; Develop further learning mobility, w/focus on further development of the members of the NGO&new volunteers, who are willing to develop personal,professional&leadership skills; Develop further Staff/supporters management competences, as trainers&ENG skills to be involved in European projects; Promote intercultural learning among seniors, encourage them in active social aging, supporting their social inclusion&sense of belonging to the community.
