The main goal of the project is to enhance our staff’s competencies in working with adult learners and to expand the NEMA Foundation’s educational offer with topics related to ecology, sustainable development, and digital education. We also aim to establish a group of adult volunteers who will actively engage in social initiatives. In the long term, the project seeks to strengthen intergenerational integration and increase seniors’ involvement in social life and local initiatives.
The NEMA Foundation is applying for project funding to enhance the quality of adult education, particularly for seniors aged 55+, and to enable their active participation in social life. Our goal is to develop staff competencies in teaching methods tailored to this group and to integrate ecological and digital activities into the educational program. The Erasmus+ project will allow us to gain international experience, exchange best practices, and implement innovative solutions in adult education
