The project fosters the personal, social, and artistic growth of seniors 60+. Participants will enhance creativity, confidence, and cultural awareness while exploring Sicilian art and traditions. Key aspects include group integration and connections with Gangi residents, strengthening well-being and belonging. We promote active aging and artistic engagement.
We are applying for funding to enable people aged 60+to develop through contact with the art and culture of Sicily.Financial barriers often limit their participation in such initiatives.With support, we will cover the costs of transport, accommodation, and meals while organizing art workshops, integration events, and exhibitions. The project will strengthen seniors' social skills and boost their self-confidence. Art will become a tool for integration, self-realization and intercultural dialogue.
