The objective of the project was to enhance the competences of our educators in the field of inclusive education and occupational therapy aimed at people with fewer opportunities. We sought to improve our methods of working with persons with disabilities, individuals experiencing mental health crises, and those socially excluded, as well as to professionalize the support system for volunteers. The project was intended to strengthen the quality and sustainability of our educational offer.
Our Foundation is a non-governmental organization operating in the field of adult education and cultural animation, focused on supporting people with fewer opportunities. The project “Perspectives” involved a job shadowing mobility of 20 of our educators to Lithuania in order to enhance competences in inclusive education, occupational therapy, and the professionalization of volunteering. As a result, we improved the quality of our educational offer and increased the number of participants to 330
