Objectives

The project aims to strengthen SDA’s training capacity, improve digital and financial literacy education, and promote social inclusion. By training staff through structured courses and job shadowing, SDA will integrate new teaching methods and digital tools into its programs. The goal is to reduce digital illiteracy by 30%, support 10+ small business proposals, and increase social and cultural participation among marginalized adults.

Background

SDA applied for this project to enhance its capacity in digital education, financial literacy, and social inclusion to better support refugees, unemployed adults, and elderly learners. Poland faces high digital illiteracy (43%) and low financial literacy (ranked 27th in Europe), limiting opportunities for marginalized adults. By participating in Erasmus+ mobility activities, SDA aims to adopt best practices from European partners and improve its adult education programs.
