Through the implementation of the project, we want to support staff in their skills, mainly in the areas of digital skills and film-related material. We also plan to support trainers in cognitive empathy workshops by enriching their knowledge and ability to lead workshops in English. We want to continue to internationalize our offer and position the association as an expert organization.
Our association is actively developing new paths of adult education, mainly those with fewer opportunities. We face challenges in raising the skills of staff, mainly new associates, as well as measures to ensure the quality of our workshops.
