Through this project, the ArtesEdu Foundation aims to strengthen staff competencies, raise the team's language proficiency, explore artistic methods of working with adults, develop women's digital literacy, and enhance their artistic skills. We want to improve the quality of our activities, socially include women, and enable their personal and professional development.
Our grant application stems from a pressing need to bolster our staff's expertise in adult education, bridge the language gap within our team, foster creative engagement among women, cultivate digital literacy, and nurture artistic talents for income generation. Securing this funding would enable us to carry out vital educational and developmental initiatives that would otherwise be beyond our reach, directly benefiting our local community and the organization itself.
