Thanks to project implementation , FEP will improve the quality of the workshops offered and strengthen its position as an organization experienced in the education of seniors. Funding enables verification, modernization and extension FEP educational programs - in the area of educational tools used, the knowledge transferred and motivation for further education. It enables observation of the educational process of Slovak and Czech seniors. Without project support, the organization of these two short-term mobilities would be impossible. Funding enables the participation of a planned number of people with special needs – 80% are people with different disabilities.
