We intend to enhance the staff's competencies in adult education methodology in the field of entrepreneurship. We aim to strengthen managerial skills in managing and promoting adult education. We want to gather information on running a high school for adults and implement a group mobility as a pilot course.
The foundation has been active in the field of non-formal adult education for six years. We develop key competencies for adults, seniors, migrants, and people with fewer opportunities. The demand for innovative educational methods is growing. We aim to enhance the competencies of our teaching and administrative staff through international mobilities and access to best practices. We seek to improve our educational offer and gather information on running and structuring a high school for adults.
