Main goals are to foster the development of our organization, establish international cooperation in the field of adult education, expand our educational portfolio, improve the qualifications of our staff so that they know how to adapt our offer to the needs of people with disabilities in a changing world. Through innovative methods and content, we want to motivate our learners to work on the development of basic skills and key competencies (e.g. digital, practical skills in math and ecology).
The project is an opportunity for the development of our organization through a group mobility abroad of learners - participants of the Occupational Therapy Workshop and staff mobility. There is a need to introduce new teaching methods and content (digital technologies, mathematics and ecology in practice) so that our learners can be better prepared for an independent and satisfying life. Expanding our teaching offer responds to the needs of participants with disabilities in a changing world.
