The project aims to develop staff and adult competencies in mental health and activation. This includes a better understanding of disorders, as well as promoting social inclusion and civic engagement through the professionalisation of educators. We aim to strengthen key skills in line with Erasmus+ standards, promoting values such as respect, equality, tolerance and non-discrimination and stereotyping.
We would like to implement this project in order to better support adults with mental health problems, especially in their return to the labour market. Our experience shows that many people require specialised help, so we want to improve our competences to respond more effectively to their needs. We aim to tackle social exclusion and stigma by creating more accessible and effective methods of support.
