We increased the competences of adult learners in the areas of civic engagement, participation in democracy and media literacy. The aim was to equip participants with practical skills in critically analysing information, identifying disinformation, engaging in social initiatives and participating more consciously in public life, including the ability to create appropriate content tailored to different audiences, such as local authorities, in order to support their activities more effectively.
SKILL implemented the project as an organisation promoting civic attitudes and media literacy, supporting adult learners, including migrants and refugees. The main activity was an 8-day group mobility to the Czech Republic. Participants developed skills in critical media analysis and countering disinformation, which strengthened their skills and potencial for participation in social and local community life.
