Our goal is to professionalize our operations and develop our educational offerings based on new technologies to bring them in line with today's digital standards. We would also like to introduce digital tools as organizational support and for our foundation's communication with the community, and to develop the competence of our staff. In addition, we would like to establish cooperation with foreign partners in the cultural field, making it possible to continue cooperation after the project.
The Herbateka Foundation is applying for project funding to meet the key needs of developing digital competence of staff in adult education using new technologies (e.g. AR). We want to increase the quality of educational activities by professionalizing methods and evaluation. It is also crucial for us to establish sustainable international partnerships to share knowledge and implement innovations. The grant will enable us to work more effectively on cultural education.
