Our organization aims to activate seniors by developing their digital, language, and leadership skills to enhance their independence and social engagement. The goal is also to promote intergenerational integration and encourage seniors to organize local initiatives such as the Senior Picnic and discussion groups. Through international mobility, seniors will gain new experiences, confidence, and increased motivation for lifelong learning.
Our organization is applying for funding to activate seniors from small towns in the Podlaskie region through education, integration, and the development of key competencies. Seniors face limited access to digital, language, and leadership education, which restricts their social engagement. The project will enable them to acquire new skills, participate in international mobility, and get involved in local initiatives, supporting their personal growth and community integration.
