Through this project, we aim to enhance the job mobility and skills of 29 ZS2 students, prepare them for the European labor market, and improve vocational education quality. Another goal is to develop the project team, expand it to 8 members, and implement new procedures in line with Erasmus+ requirements. We also plan to support disadvantaged students and improve teaching methods through job shadowing in an Italian company.
We aim to provide students with international work experience, enhance their language and social skills, and increase their job mobility. The project addresses labor market needs, where practical skills and cultural openness are essential. Its implementation will support the project team’s growth, introduce innovative teaching methods, and strengthen cooperation with European partners, contributing to the improvement of vocational education quality at Zespół Szkół no. 2 in Lubin (ZS2).
