Through the project "European Competences of IT Specialists from Kalisz Pomorski," we aim to enhance the professional skills of our students and teachers. We focus on equipping them with knowledge of cutting-edge IT solutions and insights into the labour market in our region of Europe. Our goals include improving our participants' industry-specific English proficiency and immersing them in an international environment. We also aim to develop our project management skills and foreign cooperation.
Technological advancements in the IT industry require us to adapt our educational programs to meet the evolving demands of employers and the job market. We must adopt a two-pronged approach: first, vocational teachers should enhance their industry knowledge and integrate modern content into the curriculum; second, students must engage with the labor market dynamics of another EU country to develop essential 21st-century skills in professional, linguistic, and personal dimensions.
